About W4CAR

The Chesapeake Amateur Radio Service (CARS) is an ARRL affiliated 501(c)(3) Amateur Radio club in Chesapeake, VA, USA.

We provide volunteer services to the City of Chesapeake's EOC and shelters, conduct #hamradio training and exams, and operate several Amateur Radio repeaters providing regular and emergency communications for Southeastern Virginia and parts of North Carolina.
